Penn State has moved into the Top 4 in the Week 5 AP Poll, but the schedule is not going to get any easier as the season rolls along. The Nittany Lions may have a crucial matchup against Iowa in mind, but Indiana will be coming to Happy Valley this week.
The Nittany Lions open as an 11-point favorite against the Hoosiers, with the over/under set at 54.5 points for a 7:30 p.m. game at Beaver Stadium.

Penn State has roughly the same odds on DraftKings SportsBook, opening a 10.5-point favorite with -110 odds. The over/under is set at 52.5 points, with -110 odds for betting the over and the under. A Moneyline bet for Penn State holds -425 odds while the same bet for Indiana holds +320 odds.
The Lions have done well covering the spread this season, going 3-1 so far. PSU covered in wins against Wisconsin, Ball State and Auburn. A 21 point win against Villanova wasn’t quite enough to cover a 29.5-point spread.
Indiana is 1-3 against the spread this season, failing to cover against Iowa, Cincinnati and Western Kentucky — failing rather poorly against Iowa and Cincinnati. A 56-14 victory over Idaho was the only game the Hoosiers have covered this season.
