‘It’s Tough When You Hear People Want To Fire Your Coach’: Penn State Players React After Latest Setback

Penn State players had to hear fans chant for their coach to be fired for the second home game in a row.

Penn State DE Dani Dennis-Sutton said he couldn’t hear the chants as the were happening, but did offer a brief reaction in a postgame interview.

“Yeah, I don’t know. It’s tough when you hear people wanna fire your coach. But fans have their opinions, so you can’t really do much about it.”

Penn State hasn’t had a happy postgame locker room in a long time.

Hear from Dennis-Sutton and several other Nittany Lions after a 22-21 loss to Northwestern.
