Four-star wide receiver Khalil Taylor is taking his recruiting tour across the country.
The former Penn State commit is expected to visit Oregon on November 22. The Ducks host USC in Eugene to close the regular season.
Taylor decommitted from Penn State the day before PSU’s game against Northwestern, hours before James Franklin’s final game in State College.
Taylor reposted Oregon Update’s post on Twitter to confirm the visit. The 5-foot-11, 180-pound receiver from Pine-Richland High School in Pittsburgh committed to Penn State on March 29.
Franklin’s firing has shaken Penn State’s recruiting, leaving the class of 2026 scrambling to evaluate their options.
247Sports regards Taylor as the No. 101 player in the country and No. 14 wide receiver. His 247Sports Composite ranking sits at .9723 and the No. 62 player in the nation.
Taylor transferred to Pine-Richland after catching 52 passes for 932 yards and 22 touchdowns with Seton La Salle, reaching the 2A WPIAL Championship Game at Acrisure Stadium.
Pine-Richland is 9-1 in 5A and has multiple top prospects, including Florida State cornerback commit Jay Timmons.
Taylor holds offers from Florida State, Indiana, Maryland, Michigan State, Nebraska, Pitt, Notre Dame, Wisconsin, and others.
