UNIVERSITY PARK– You never know what you’re going to see, and this saying holds even for a snoozer like Penn State-Villanova.
Early in the first quarter of Saturday’s expected bloodbath at Beaver Stadium, Penn State QB Drew Allar completed a pass to himself.
Don’t believe me? Check it out here.
Penn State, of course, would prefer for Allar to complete most of his passes to receiving targets, and he has, for the most part. Over his career, which is in the middle of its fourth season, Allar has thrown more than 900 passes.
As far as anybody knows, this is the first one he’s completed to himself.
In any case, Penn State will look to take care of Villanova before going into its bye week.
