Penn State Wrestling: Josh Barr Falls in Title Match

Josh Barr and AJ Ferrari will be two of the favorites at 197 next season.

In Penn State’s final match of the evening, 197-pounder Josh Barr fell to Iowa’s Stephen Buchanan, 5-2.

Barr earned a point for an escape and a locked hands by Buchanan, but wasn’t able to get a takedown to tie the match in the end.

The Nittany Lions finished the NCAA Championships with 177 points with two national champions and all 10 starters achieving All-American status.
