Penn State has made it a rough go for the Boise State offense throughout the Fiesta Bowl and recorded the first interception of the game in the fourth quarter.

Zakee Wheatley played the ball perfectly out of the hand of Broncos quarterback Maddux Madsen and was able to return the ball to the Penn State 41-yard line.

However, this late hit by Dani Dennis-Sutton pushed the Nittany Lions back 15 yards.

With the worse field position, Penn State was unable to get much going and it resulted in a punt by Riley Thompson.
