Penn State football starting lineups for Saturday’s game against UCLA are in.
The biggest changes come on special teams.
Nick Singleton is not starting at kick returner, and Omari Evans is instead.
Singleton is still listed as a starter at his No. 1 position of running back along with Kaytron Allen.
At punt returner, Kaden Saunders is out with an injury and DB Zion Tracy is starting in his place.
Finally, as Nittany Sports Now reported Saturday morning, Ryan Barker is starting at kicker.
