One of the biggest Penn State games of the last decade commences at Beaver Stadium on Saturday as No. 3 PSU (7-0, 4-0 Big Ten) hosts No. 4 Ohio State.
Ohio State (6-1, 3-1) is favored by 3.5 points in Happy Valley, but four CBS Sports College Football analysts expect the valley’s happiness to go a different route.
Aaron Taylor, Randy Cross, coach Rick Neuheisel, and Brian Jones all picked Penn State to defeat the Buckeyes and remain undefeated.
"It's an embarrassment of riches that aren't being taken advantage of for Ohio State. Something is broken seemingly with that team."@AaronTaylorCFB is taking @PennStateFball to defend its home turf against the No. 4 Buckeyes this Saturday 👀 pic.twitter.com/27nvzQNoCM

“Don’t forget, Penn State in the last nine meetings is 7-2 against the spread,” Cross said. “They’ve got a running game and a defense that can get after Will Howard. They are going to beat them in Happy Valley.”
Ohio State has lost four games in a row against Top-5 opponents. Penn State is 1-22 against Top-5 teams since 2000.
Penn State’s only win came at home in 2016, 24-21, against No. 2 Ohio State en route to winning the Big Ten and playing in the Rose Bowl. James Franklin is 1-9 against the Buckeyes. Something has to give.
“It’s an embarrassment of riches that aren’t being taken advantage of for Ohio State,” Taylor said. “Something is broken seemingly with that team.”
Cross also picked PSU as his Week 10 upset pick of the week.
This should be a damn White Out,” Cross said. “There’s no defense of that. It should be a White Out at night.”
Penn State is debuting throwback end zones for the first time this season.
