The Penn State-Kent State injury report is out.
As we knew, safety KJ Winston is listed as “out.”
Coach James Franklin confirmed with reporters after practice Wednesday that the safety has a “long-term” injury, so Penn State fans should expect to see him listed on the next few availability reports, at the minimum.
Another player Franklin said was out with a long-term injury is tight end Andrew Rappleyea. As expected, he’s also on the report.
The good news for Penn State is that LB Ta’Mere Robinson, who was out against Bowling Green, is not listed on this week’s report, meaning he’s good to go.
Here’s the full availability report. Penn State and Kent State are scheduled to kick off at 3:30 on the Big Ten Network.
Here’s today’s Penn State availability report.
No real surprises here, but noteworthy that LB Ta’Mere Robinson, who was out last week against Bowling Green, is unlisted.
