Penn State Has Opportunity To Add Another Top-Flight Cornerback

Penn State’s Class of 2025 Recruiting Class received a huge boast earlier this week with the commitment of 4-star cornerback Daryus Dixson from Santa Ana, California.

The Nittany Lions will have the opportunity this weekend to host and impress another blue-chip cornerback.

4-star cornerback Jahmir Joseph from St. Joseph’s Regional in Montvale, New Jersey will arrive in State College today for an official visit to Penn State.

Like Dixson, Joseph is rated as a 5.9 recruit by Rivals and is their No. 12 overall cornerback and No.138 overall player in the Class of 2025.

Joseph has already announced a Top Five and has taken official visits to two of those schools.

Joseph says that he’ll be choosing between Penn State, Georgia, Notre Dame, South Carolina and Stanford.

Earlier in the month, Joseph made official visits to both Georgia and Notre Dame. Next weekend, the 6′-0″, 170-pound cornerback will travel to South Carolina. Other schools that were recruiting and extended an offer to Joseph included Michigan, Michigan State, Ohio State, Pitt, Rutgers, Tennessee, Virginia Tech, Washington, West Virginia and Wisconsin.
