Update (12:35 p.m.)— **Penn State’s offered Sidney Rouleau (2027), a 6-foot-6, 300-pound OL who’s initially from Quebec but plays at the Pennington School in New Jersey. He also has offers from Duke, Miami, Nebraska, Syracuse, Tennessee and West Virginia.

Update (12:27 p.m.)— **Penn State has offered Liam Carroll (2027), a 6-foot-2, 180-pound in-state ATH from Central Bucks East. This is Carroll’s first DI offer. His older brother, Michael, is a four-star OL who’s a Penn State target. Their father, Mike, played linebacker at Penn State.
