Meyer has two years of eligibility left. He began his college career at Penn and was primarily used in kickoff situations. The Costa Mesa, California native spent this past season with the Hurricane as a dependable kicking option.
He made 30 of 31 point-after attempts and also received an offer from San Diego State and took an official visit to Oklahoma. The right-footed kicker knocked through 17 of 20 field goals, including a long of 47 yards against Tulane on Nov. 11. He kicked a game-tying field goal against Charlotte and a game-winning kick facing East Carolina to close the season. Meyer only amassed 10 kickoffs last year and did not record a touchback.

Transfer kicker Alex Felkins was 18 of 22 on field goals with a 50-yarder to his name in his lone season as a Nittany Lion.
