UNIVERSITY PARK– Penn State got off to a slow start but is now starting to get in rhythm. PSU has scored the game’s last 10 points and now leads Rutgers, 10-3.
Penn State’s first six points came on a two-yard Kaytron Allen run.
On the ensuing Rutgers possession, QB Gavin Wimsatt fumbled, and PSU DE Dani Dennis-Sutton recovered it, setting Penn State up at the Rutgers 32.
PSU failed to score a touchdown off that turnover but did add on with an Alex Felkins field goal.
