EVANSTON, IL– The first half hasn’t gone the way Penn State or its fans wanted.
PSU came in as four-touchdown favorites over Northwestern, and despite a dominant defensive performance by Penn State, the team’s are tied at halftime.
Penn State’s lone touchdown of the first half came on a 13-yard run by Trey Potts.
It was Potts’ first touchdown run at Penn State after he transferred in from Minnesota during the offseson. He also had a touchdown pass to TE Tyler Warren in Penn State’s 30-13 Week 3 win over Illinois.
Something about 11:00 a.m. CT kicks, maybe.
Here’s a video of the run. The second half is coming up next.
