Watch: PSU Defense Comes Up With 3 1st-Quarter Turnovers

Penn State is up by 13 on Illinois and the defense is living up to its reputation as one of America’s best.

On Illinois second possession, linebacker Dom DeLuca forced a fumble that fellow LB Kobe King recovered.

Illinois QB Luke Altmeyer followed that up by throwing consecutive picks to LB Abdul Carter and CB Daequan Hardy, the latter which is making his first appearance of 2023 after missing the West Virginia and Delaware games.

Here’s video from all three plays.
