Penn State’s start against Iowa hasn’t been perfect, but the team leads 10-0 with less than 10 minutes left in the second quarter.
The team’s first touchdown came on a 4th and 1 from the Iowa 9-yard line.
Penn State decided to call a pass play, and it worked to perfection, with QB Drew Allar hitting TE Khalil Dinkins for Dinkins’s first touchdown reception of 2023.
Penn State’s scoring drive was set up by Alex Felkins’s punt hitting an Iowa played, and being recovered by Curtis Jacobs.
