Beaver Stadium has hosted a plethora of highly-attended games and Saturday night’s contest against West Virginia was no different. The announced attendance of 107,747 came in fourth on the all-time attendance list for Penn State.
It also made the following tweet and subsequent graphic from Michigan irrelevant rather quickly:

Sure, Penn State might not have had 309 consecutive games with a crowd of 100,ooo+, though, it seems like Michigan is ignoring the 2020 season where no fans were allowed to attend.
The top three crowds in Beaver Stadium history are:
- 110,889 – Sept. 29, 2018 against Ohio State, a 27-26 loss
- 110,823 – Oct. 21, 2017 against Michigan, a 42-13 win
- 110,753 – Sept. 14, 2022 against Nebraska, a 40-7 win
