Penn State Starting Lineups: Vega Ioane Gets the Nod, Kaytron Allen at RB for Delaware Game

**Correction: The original version of this story had Vega Ioane starting at center and Tyler Warren starting at tight end. Although this is what was announced on the Beaver Stadium video boards, Hunter Nourzad ended up starting at center Theo Johnson ended up starting at tight end. Vega Ioane started at left guard, not JB Nelson. The updated version of this article reflects these changes.
