On Tuesday, Penn State target Omillio Agard, a Class of 2024 four-star cornerback out of St. Joseph’s Prep School in Philadelphia, will announce his college on his birthday, July 1.
Penn State is in the running along with Alabama, Clemson, Michigan, and Tennessee, his top five list of schools. He also included Wisconsin, who Agard (6-foot-0, 173 pounds) visited earlier this month. The visit must’ve went well as he currently has a 247 Crystal Ball Projection to Wisconsin.
However, Penn State will have a chance to make an impression on Agard, as he will be making an unofficial visit to campus this weekend. In addition to Wisconsin, he also took an official visit to Clemson on June 2, the only other official visit he has taken thus far.

Agard is the number eight recruit in Pennsylvania, the No. 30 cornerback, and the No. 350 prospect nationally, according to 247Sports composite rankings.
Agard is described by recruiting experts as having the ideal speed, agility and technique to contribute almost immediately at the college level. He’s considered a playmaker who has a nose for the football and is always in the right spot in man coverage. They rate his competitiveness and ability to get involved in his team’s run defense as his best intangibles.
If Penn State is able to land Agard, he will be its sixth in-state commit in the 2024 recruiting cycle following Quinton Martin of Belle Vernon High School (Belle Vernon), Cooper Cousins of McDowell High School (Erie), Anthony Speca of Central Catholic (Pittsburgh), Kenneth Woseley of the Imhotep Institute (Philadelphia), and Caleb Brewer of Reading High School (Wyomissing).
