**Penn State has extended an offer to Tavien St. Clair (2025), a three-star, 6-foot-4, 213-pound quarterback from Bellefontaine High School in Ohio. The 6-foot-4, 213-pounder also has offers from schools such as Florida, Illinois, Iowa State, Louisville, Minnesota, Pitt, Tennessee and Vanderbilt.

**Penn State’s offered Tyler Cherry (2024), a four-star, 6-foot-5, 210-pound quarterback from Center Grove High School in Indiana. Cherry also has offers from schools such as Duke, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan State, Pitt and Vanderbilt.

**Penn State football has extended an offer to Sione Laulea III (2024), a 6-foot-4, 190-pound CB from College of San Mateo, a junior college in California. Laulea also has offers from schools such as Arizona, BYU, Florida State, Iowa State, Miami, Oregon, USC and Utah.
