Update (1:30 p.m.) —

Penn State has offered 2025 defensive back Maquette Dorsey Jr. (6-foot-2, 180-pounds) from Don Bosco Prep in Ramsay, New Jersey.

There isn’t much information available on Dorsey currently as he’s not listen on any of the major recruiting websites. Social media suggests that Penn State is his first power-five offer with FCS school LIU Brooklyn as the only offer he’s Tweeted about.

However, his social media does suggest interest from power-five programs Syracuse and Rutgers as he has taken unofficial visits to both schools.

The redshirt sophomore will have two years of eligibility remaining upon choosing a school. Amos has also heard from the likes of Michigan, Arkansas, Texas A&M, Oklahoma and Oregon, according to his social media.

In 2022, Amos tallied 36 tackles (27 solo) and eight passes defended in 11 games for the Ragin’ Cajuns. He had one interception and one forced fumble in his three seasons with the team.
