2024 4-Star QB Jayden Bradford Puts Penn State In His Top 3

One of the top junior quarterbacks in the country has listed Penn State as one of his top schools.

2024 four-star quarterback Jayden Bradford from IMG Academy in Bradenton, Florida has listed a top three of Penn State, NC State and South Carolina.

Bradford (6’1″, 190-pounds) is rated by Rivals.com as one of the top 10 quarterbacks and top 140 overall players in the class of 2024. Aside from his top three, Bradford holds other offers from Louisville, Cincinnati, Georgia Tech, Missouri, Vanderbilt, Virginia Tech and East Carolina.

Following his decision, NSN asked Bradford what led to Penn State making his top three?

“Just the relationships I’ve established with Coach Yurcich, Coach O’Brien and Slim (Chris Mahon) as well as the whole Penn State support staff has been great,” Bradford told NSN. “They’ve been recruiting me since my freshman year, and for them to have the faith and confidence in my ability and continue to grow means a lot to me.”

”Also, they’re always a consistent top 25 team every year, but haven’t been able to get over that hump and I want to be the quarterback to come in and win the national championship for the program and fan base.”

Bradford told NSN that along with these top three, he plans on making possible visits to schools like Syracuse, Cincinnati and UAB. Interest in those programs can be traced to coaching. He mentioned that he likes Syracuse OC Jason Beck, UAB head coach Trent Dilfer and the new coaching staff at Cincinnati that came from Louisville.

It’s no surprise that Penn State, NC State and South Carolina made Bradford’s top three considering the amount of time that he’s spent already at each one. Bradford has made five unofficial trips to South Carolina and three each to Penn State and NC State.
