Penn State lost a member of its coaching staff when John Scott Jr. departed for the Detroit Lions, as first reported by Jon Sauber of the Centre Daily Times Monday evening.

- Seider is Penn State’s assistant head coach and co-offensive coordinator
TIGHT ENDS COACH
Ty Howle (2020-, TEs coach since 2021)

- Howle was Western Illinois’ offensive line coach/recruiting coordinator from 2016-17 and the assistant head coach/co-offensive coordinator/offensive line coach from 2018-19
- Howle started his time on Penn State’s staff as an offensive analyst for the 2020 season
