Penn State Is Hiring for An Offensive/Defensive Analyst and Analytics Coordinator

Penn State is looking to get more into analytics this coming season, and if you have what it takes, you have an opportunity of a lifetime. Penn State Football is hiring for an Offensive/Defensive analyst and Analytics Coordinator. This is confirmed on a job posting on Indeed.

The responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to organizing and performing special teams analysis at practices, games, and future Penn State Opponents.

Also, the position entails providing preliminary scouting reports for schemes for the offensive coordinator for review before practices and games, coordinating data-related schemes to offensive analytic service provided by the program, and distributing them to staff.

The candidate will also oversee the relationships with agents to ensure that Penn State’s specialists are advised properly during the selection process, coordinate meetings with the Penn State University agent Consulting Company, along with communicate with student-athletes, their parents, and the entire coaching staff.

Penn State’s support staff positions require a bachelor’s degree or higher plus one year of related experience, or an equivalent combination of both.

This job was posted a few days after wide receivers coach Taylor Stubblefield, was let go by the program. Penn State would like to have a new set of eyes and improve its analytics on offense with Mike Yurcich in year three at the school along with the first year starting of the quarterback that he recruited in Drew Allar.
