Penn State trialed twice in the first quarter, but dominated the rest of the game in its 55-10 win over Rutgers in Piscataway, New Jersey, Saturday.
The result didn’t surprise many. Penn State came in as three-score favorites and 30-2 all-time against Rutgers.
Now, Penn State is 31-2 in the series, with its only losses coming in 1918 and 1988.

Say whatever you want about Penn State in 2022 but outside of their two losses, they’ve absolutely dominated the rest of their schedule. Top ten team in the country and this team will only get better 🦁

Yo @RFootball what was the final score? I went over to your page to look for it but it wasn’t there, that’s weird.

I can’t say enough how proud I am of y’all. PSU went in there and punched the mouth of a bad team and I could watch it all day!!! Hate to inform the Big Ten but The Lawnboyz have and continue to be a problem and we all love to see it. Keep this up against Sparty and #WeAre pic.twitter.com/sPeGJANJqX

Penn State has won 6 games by 28 or more points.
Penn State has 2 losses, the two losses are to teams that are 11-0.
Penn State has freshmen & sophomores playing in key positions.
This is a really good team that is just getting started on something great.
