A lot of Penn State football fans are wondering how Jaquan Brisker dropped to pick No. 48 of this past April’s NFL Draft.

A lot of Chicago Bears fans are happy about it.

Brisker, who has started all seven games of his NFL career thus far, including tonight’s “Monday Night Football” game with the New England Patriots, made a statement before a prime time audience.

Early in the second quarter, Brisker intercepted a Mac Jones pass in grand fashion for his first NFL pick.
