Former Penn State running Back Saquon Barkley is not only making a case for NFL Comeback Player of the Year, he is making a case for NFL Offensive Player of the Year and possibly MVP consideration with another great NFL performance in week 7. He rushed for 110 yards on 24 carries and added 25 receiving yards in New York Giants’ 23-17 victory over the Jacksonville Jaguars. Barkley is second in the NFL in rushing yards behind Nick Chubb of the Cleveland Browns with 726 on the season.

Micah Parsons
Parsons recorded five tackles and a strip-sack fumble on Detroit Lions quarterback Jared Goff in the Dallas Cowboys 24-6 win over the Detroit Lions. He recorded a second sack, but they gave credit for the sack to Dorance Armstrong. See the proof below.

Pat Freiermuth and Mike Gesicki
Freiermuth caught eight passes for 75 yards in the Pittsburgh Steelers’ 16-10 loss to the Miami Dolphins. In the same game, Gesicki caught three passes for 27 yards.
Chris Godwin
Godwin caught seven passes for 43 yards in the Tampa Bay Buccaneers 21-3 loss to the Carolina Panthers.
Odafe Oweh
Oweh recorded three tackles and recovered a fumble to set up a Baltimore touchdown in the Ravens’ 23-20 win over the Cleveland Browns.
