**Penn State makes the Top 12 for 2024 4-star athlete Boo Carter from Chattanooga Christian School in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Rivals ranks Carter as the No. 1 junior in Tennessee and one of the Top 75 players in the country.

Update (12:48 PM)-
**Penn State football has extended an offer to 2024 3-star wide receiver/tight end Carter Nelson from Ainsworth, Nebraska. Nelson (6’4″, 210-pounds) also holds offers from Oklahoma, Duke, Iowa, Iowa State, Kansas, Kansas State, Minnesota, Nebraska, Vanderbilt, Virginia Tech and Wisconsin.

**2024 4-star offensive tackle Jake Guarnera will make unofficial visit this weekend to Penn State. Guarnera is from Ponte Verda, Florida. At this point in his recruitment, Guarnera holds offers from Penn State, Florida, Florida State, Kentucky, Michigan, NC State, Rutgers, Virginia and Wake Forest.

**Penn State will receive a visit this weekend from 2024 4-star offensive tackle Luke Hamilton from Avon, Ohio. Hamilton (6’6″, 290-pounds) holds offers from Penn State, West Virginia, Tennessee, Rutgers, Pitt, Nebraska, Minnesota, Michigan, Michigan State, Maryland, Kentucky, Iowa State, Duke, Cincinnati and Boston College.
