**Penn State football extended an offer on Monday to 2025 4-star wide receiver Dakorien Moore from Duncanville, Texas. Moore is rated by Rivals.com as one of the Top 15 sophomores in the nation with offers from Arizona, Baylor, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia Tech, Louisville, Ohio State, Oklahoma, Oregon State, Pitt, SMU, TCU, Tennessee, Texas, Texas A&M, Texas Tech, USC and Utah. Moore received the offer from James Franklin and wide receiver coach Taylor Stubblefield.
