Tracy (5-foot-11, 180 pounds) is a four-star ATH from St. Thomas More Prep in Oakdale, Connecticut.

**Penn State has offered Isaiah Buxton (2024), a three-star ATH from the famous Mater Dei Catholic High School in California.
Buxton (6-feet, 150 pounds) had nine other offers, including ones from Arizona, BYU, Colorado, Colorado State and Syracuse.

**Cameron Wallace (2023) now has an offer from Penn State. Wallace is a three-star athlete from Montgomery County High School in Mt. Vernon, Georgia.
Wallace (6-feet, 180 pounds) also has offers from Arkansas State, Georgia Tech, Jacksonville State, Michigan State, Vanderbilt, Washington State and Mississippi State.

**Penn State has offered Phillip Bell III (2025), a four-star Adidas All-American receiver from Christian Brothers High School in Sacramento.
Bell (6-foot-2, 190 pounds) also has offers from schools such as Arizona, Auburn, Cal, Colorado, Georgia, Michigan, Oklahoma State, Oregon, Oregon State, Pitt, Tennessee, Texas A&M and Washington.
