Saquon Barkley has been arguably the best running back in the NFL threw four weeks.
He leads the NFL in rushing (463) and scrimmage yards (570), and his 463 rushing yards are the most in New York Football Giants history through four games.
Miles Sanders has been good, too, and currently sits third in rushing behind his old Penn State teammate, Barkley, and Nick Chubb of the Cleveland Browns.
This pair of former Nittany Lions had big days in their respective NFL Week 4 matchups.
Barkley ran for 146 yards on 31 carries, helping the Giants to a 20-12 win over the Chicago Bears at MetLife Stadium. Sanders broke 100 yards for the first time this season. He went for 134 and two touchdowns on 27 carries and helped the Philadelphia Eagles stay unbeaten with a 29-21 win over the Jacksonville Jaguars at Lincoln Financial Field.
Here’s how Twitter reacted to the ex-Penn Staters having big days.
Where is Saquon Barkley's haters at? Step to the front of the line. That guy is a beast. And I am PROUD he is a New York Giant.

Saquon Barkley played 57 of 61 offensive snaps (93.4%). He ran for 146 yards on 31 carries. Caught a pair of passes for 16 yards. He is the Giants offense.
“He’s one of our better players,” coach Brian Daboll said. “You can use him a bunch.”

This play by Saquon is probably the highlight play of the year. What makes it even more special is Daniel Jones doing what needs to be done to help his team out! pic.twitter.com/tEg5FZjV3i

What a day for Miles Sanders. He’s got 128 rush yards, 2 TDs and a lot of clutch plays when the Eagles needed them. This team has too many offensive weapons to stop.

Miles Sanders has been phenomenal today. Happy he got a couple touchdowns, he deserves it. Really strong performance.
