Skip Bayless is a man of many opinions, many people, Penn State fans included, disagree with many of Bayless’s opinions.
But they’ll probably like what Bayless had to tweet about Penn State’s cornerback Joey Porter Jr.
Just watched Penn St's Joey Porter dominate. If only he could be Micah's teammate RIGHT NOW. How the Cowboys could use him opposite Trevon Diggs at corner. Heck, some games, in place of Diggs.

Bayless, who has long been one of the nation’s most prominent sports talk show hosts, watched Penn State’s thrilling 35-31 season-opening win over Purdue on FS1.
He didn’t comment on anything else that happened in the game, but he praised Porter’s performance.
”Just watched Penn State’s Joey Porter dominate,” Bayless wrote.
A well-documented Dallas Cowboys fan, Bayless then expressed his desire for Porter to join former Penn State teammate Micah Parsons, who now is an NFL star in Dallas.
Parsons is also part of weekly segment on FS1’s “Undisputed,” which Bayless co-hosts with Shannon Sharpe.
“How the Cowboys could use him opposite Trevon Diggs at corner,” Bayless tweeted. “Heck, some games, in place of Diggs.”
Porter wasn’t perfect in Week 1. He dropped an interception on Purdue’s first drive that could have been a pick-six, and got called for a pass interference in the red zone early in the third quarter.
But overall, Porter was one of Penn State’s best players, ending the night with three pass breakups and a team-high eight solo tackles.
Porter also shone in the fourth quarter, where he broke up two of those passes.
Bayless certainly recognized Porter’s name even before he knew anything about his abilities at cornerback.
Porter’s father, Joey Porter Sr. played 13 years in the NFL with the Pittsburgh Steelers, Miami Dolphins and Arizona Cardinals, making five All-Pro teams and helping the Steelers to Super Bowl season in 2005.
The younger Porter has been projected as a first-round pick, and he helped his stock Thursday night.
