Joseph is a 6-foot-3, 178-pound wide receiver who is the No. 93 player in Florida, the No. 39 overall ATH and the No. 506 athlete overall nationally according to the 247Sports Composite ratings. He also plays cornerback for the Lions.
Last season, Joseph caught 35 passes for 561 yards and four touchdowns, leading Chaminade-Madonna Prep to a Class 3A State Championship.
Penn State offered Joseph last August, and he spoke about his experience.
Joseph talked with Rivals.com contributing writer Justin Garcia about his recruiting process earlier this summer and how he feels about Penn State.
“I would say that my relationship with Penn State is big, very big, he said. “You know, we reach out a lot, not just about football but on a school level and life level also. Coach Slim (Mahon), (Ja’Juan) Sieder, and coach (Taylor) Stubblefield.”
If Joseph commits, he’d join Ejani Shakir and Carmelo Taylor in the wide receiver room in Penn State’s 2023 class.
