**Penn State has offered Michael Smith (2024), a four-star tight end from the Calvary Day School in Savannah, Georgia.

Smith (6-foot-4, 225 pounds), also has offers from schools such as Arkansas, Auburn, Boston College, Kentucky, Miami, Georgia Tech, Florida, Florida State, Louisville, Michigan, Michigan State, Ohio State, Pitt, South Carolina, Tennessee and West Virginia.

Update (3:08 PM)-

**Penn State football has extended an offer to Taeshaun Lyons (2023), a four-star receiver from Tennyson High School in Hayward, California.

Lewis (6-foot-2, 170 pounds), is projected by all five of 247Sports’ crystal ball predictions to commit to Notre Dame.

**The third offer of the day from Penn State goes to 2024 defensive end Solomon Williams from Carrollwood Day High School in Tampa, Florida. Williams (6’3″, 225 pounds) holds other offers from Florida State, Illinois, Wake Forest, South Florida, Rutgers, Iowa State, Florida Atlantic and Coastal Carolina.

**Penn State football has extended an offer to one of the top junior defensive linemen in the country. 2024 4-star defensive end Nigel Smith from Melissa, Texas, received an offer today from the Nittany Lions program. Smith (6’5″, 260) is as the No. 6 overall defensive end and the No. 56 overall player in the Class of 2024. At this stage of his recruitment, Smith holds close to 30 offers, including ones from Alabama, Arkansas, Baylor, Florida State, LSU, Miami, Michigan State, Ole Miss, Nebraska, Notre Dame, Ohio State, Oklahoma, Oklahoma State, Pitt, Texas, TCU, Tennessee and Texas Tech.

**Penn State football has extended an offer to 2024 3-star cornerback Jon Mitchell from Mandarin High School in Jacksonville, Florida. Mitchell (6’0″, 160-pounds) holds other offers from Pitt, Georgia Tech, Vanderbilt, Northwestern, Iowa State, Florida Atlantic, Florida International, UAB and Arkansas State.
