**Donkoh, a three-star offensive lineman from Lightridge High School in Aldie, Virginia, committed to Penn State in January.

Update (7:45 p.m.)-

**Payne, a three-star cornerback from Chartiers Valley High School near Pittsburgh, committed to Penn State last September.

Update (7:30 p.m.)-

**Hussey, another four-star safety from St. Thomas Aquinas, received his official scholarship offer. Hussey committed to Penn State in April.

Update (7:21 p.m.)-

**Mack, a four-star safety from St. Thomas Aquinas High School in Ft. Lauderdale, committed to Penn State on the last day of June.

Update (7:18 p.m.)-

**Washington, a four-star defensive back commit from Venice High School in Florida, flipped from Alabama to Penn State last month.

Update (6:58 p.m.)-

**Birchmeier, a five-star OL commit from Broad Run High School in Ashburn, Virginia, was the first player to commit to Penn State’s 2023 recruiting class, doing so last July.

Update (6:49 p.m.)-

**Barnwell, a four-star ATH from Riverbend High School in Fredericksburg, Virginia, committed to Penn State last September.

Update (6:36 p.m)-

**Lyons, a four-star EDGE from Roman Catholic High School in Philadelphia, committed to Penn State in April.

Update (6:28 p.m.)-

**Robinson, a four-star linebacker from Brashear High School in Pittsburgh, committed to Penn State July 15.

Update (6:12 p.m.)-

**Penn State has offered Brandon Thomas (2025), a 6-foot-5, 230-pound defensive end from the St. Frances Academy in Baltimore, Maryland.

Thomas has offers from 20 other schools.

Update (8:08 a.m.)-

**Penn State football has extended an offer to Aneyas Williams (2024), a four-star running back from Hannibal High School in Missouri.

Williams (5-foot-10, 195 pounds) also has offers from schools such as Alabama, Boston College, Cal, Florida, Iowa, Kentucky, Michigan State, Missouri, Nebraska, Northwestern, Notre Dame, Ohio State, Ole Miss and Oregon.
