**Penn State football has extended an offer to Ryan Barker, a kicker/punter from Kennett Square High School in Kennett Square, Pennsylvania.

Update (3:34 p.m.)-

**Penn Hills quarterback Julian Dugger (2024) is at Penn State’s Elite Showcase III. Dugger is 6-foot-4 and 195 pounds.

Update (1:45 p.m.)-

**Maj Jones (2024) a 6-foot-1, 210-pound quarterback from St. Joseph’s Prep School in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, is at today’s Elite Showcase III. He has offers from Boston College, Louisville and Temple.

Update (1:40 p.m.)-

**North Penn-Mansfield quarterback l Karson Dominick will be attending Penn State’s Elite Showcase III today.

Update (1:17 p.m)-

**Kishbaugh (2023) is a 6-foot-3, 200-pound outside linebacker/strong safety from Berwick High School in Berwick, Pennsylvania.

Update (1:06 p.m.)-

**Yevchak (2024) is a 6-foot-4, 300-pound offensive lineman from Donovon Catholic High School in Toms River, New Jersey.

Update (12:38 p.m.) –

**O’Sullivan (2023) is a 6-foot, 175-pound quarterback from Upper Dublin High School in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania.

Update (12:23 p.m.) –

**Four-star combo guard Malachi Palmer (6-foot-5, 185-pounds) has been offered by Penn State men’s basketball. Palmer is the No. 47 recruit in the country on 247Sports for the class of 2024.

Penn State is his 16th offer following Arizona State, Creighton, DePaul, Georgetown, Georgia, Houston, Illinois, Kansas, LSU, Nebraska, New Mexico State, Oklahoma State, Oregon, Texas Tech and Virginia Tech.

Update (12:07 p.m.)-

**Caccese is a 6-foot-6, 270-pound defensive lineman from Exeter Township High School in Reading, Pennsylvania.

Update (11:58 a.m.)-

**Incoming freshmen Dani-Dennis Sutton, Kaleb Artis, KJ Winston, Keon Wylie and Mehki Flowers were moving in Tuesday evening.

Update (11:49 a.m.)-

**Birchmeier, a five-star offensive lineman from Broad Run High School in Ashburn, Virginia, was Penn State’s first commit in the 2023 class, committing last July.

Update (11:35 a.m.)-

**Payne, a three-star cornerback from Chartiers Valley High School in Bridgeville, Pennsylvania, committed to Penn State last September.
