Penn State is in the top three along with conference rival Maryland and Tennessee for the 6-foot-2, 220-pound wide receiver, defensive back and return specialist out of Northumberland High School.
Seldon is the No. 2 recruit in Virginia, the No. 7 overall athlete and the No. 104 overall recruit in the class of 2023 according to 247Sports.
Seldon also competes in basketball and track & field. He won the Virginia Class A gold medal in the 100-meter dash with a time of 10.76. Seldon also won the gold medal in the Virginia Class A 200-meter with a 22.45 time.
Scouts project Seldon as a wide receiver, but heโs capable of being a running back, defensive back or even a linebacker. Seldon has track star speed, albeit heโs still a raw prospect due to him getting use at several positions.
Seldon could be a Swiss Army knife-type player, similar to Deebo Samuel, as he grows and matures into a role with whatever school he chooses.
