Moussa Kane, a three-star safety from the Blair Academy in Blairtown, New Jersey, tweeted Sunday morning that he’ll be announcing his commitment Monday.
Hours later, he tweeted an updated saying that he will now be committing Tuesday.

Additionally, Kane told Nittany Sports Now via private message that his finalists are Duke, Oklahoma and Penn State. Kane went on an official visit to Penn State June 10-12, visited Oklahoma the previous weekend and is wrapping up his Duke visit today.
Penn State offered Kane last June, so he has been on the school’s radar for a while. Coach James Franklin and his staff have been having success in recruiting both in the past week and in the recruiting cycle in general. Three players— three-star DL Tyriq Blanding June 17, four-star TJ Parker June 21 and four-star DaKaari Nelson June 24–have committed to Penn State within the past eight days.
If Kane commits to Penn State, he’d be the third safety to do so in the 2023 class, joining Nelson and four-star Conrad Hussey.
