**Penn State football has extended an offer to Brandon Caesar, a 6-foot-4, 235-pound freshman defensive end from Cleveland Heights High School. Caesar also has offers from Kentucky and UMass.

**Incoming freshman Drew Shelton has settled on No. 66 for his uniform. Shelton is four-star offensive tackle from Dowingtown, Pennsylvania. He was the No. 12 ranked offensive tackle in the class of 2022.
