**Penn State has offered Tarrell Devante Greene, a freshman lineman from Dillard High School in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. Greene (6-foot-3, 235 pounds) already has offers from Georgia, Michigan, Syracuse, Temple and Texas A&M.

** Penn State offered 2025 quarterback Sebastian Circo and 2023 Rivals four-star running-back Parker Jenkins on Thursday.
Circo is a 5-foot-10, 160-pound quarterback from Omaha, Nebraska. He currently is a freshman at Omaha North High School. Penn State is his fourth offer, following Boston College, Ole Miss and Temple.

Jenkins is a 5-foot-10, 185-pound running back from Houston, Texas. He attends Klein Forest High School and 247Sports has him as three-star running back and is projecting him to attend LSU.
