Penn State has cracked the top eight for Ny Carr, a four-star receiver from the class of 2024
Carr, a 6-foot, 170-pound receiver from Colquitt County High School in Moultrie, Georiga, listed Penn State along with Ohio State, Michigan, Georgia, Arkansas, Tennessee and both USCs (Southern California and South Carolina).
Carr teased that he’d be releasing his top five Monday but instead put out his top eight schools. Rivals.com ranks him as the 57th overall player in the country for his class, the No. 9 receiver and the No. 10 overall player in Georgia.
