**Penn State football’s latest commit, Andrew Rappleyea, has been upgraded from a three-star recruit to a four-star in 247Sports’ composite rankings. Rappleyea flipped his commitment from Michigan to Penn State Sunday morning.

Update (3:23 PM)—

**Rainer (2024) is a three-star safety from Trinity Episcopal High School in Richmond, Virginia. Penn State offered him Jan. 26.
