**Penn State football has extended an offer to 2024 4-star offensive lineman DeAndre Carter from Santa Anta, California. Carter (6’4″, 340) holds offers from Alabama, Arizona, California, Michigan, Oregon, Texas, Texas A&M, UCLA, USC and Washington.

**Brown is a 6-foot, 170-pound ATH from the class of 2024. A product of Holy Trinity Diocesan High School in Hicksville, New York, Penn State offered Brown March 18. He also has offers from Pitt, West Virginia, Notre Dame and Rutgers.

**Today, Manny Diaz and James Franklin extend an offer to 2023 4-star linebacker Jamal Anderson from Hoschton, Georgia. Anderson (6’4″, 195) has received 30+ offers, including others from Clemson, Michigan State, USC, Utah, Boston College, Miami, Mississippi State, Nebraska, North Carolina, Texas, Virginia, Virginia Tech, Washington and West Virginia.
