**Penn State has offered Malik Hartford, the top-ranked safety in Ohio from the class of 2023. Hartford is 6-foot-3, 175-pounds and from Lakota West High School in West Chester, Ohio.

Hartford is a four-star recruit according to 247Sports’ composite rankings, and has offers from 24 other schools including Ohio State, Michigan, Cincinnati, Alabama and Notre Dame.

 

Update (7:51 PM)— 

**White is a 6-foot-3, 182-pound ATH from King George High School in King George, Virginia. The 2024 class member received an offer from Penn State this past Sunday. He also has offers from schools such as Pitt, West Virginia, Virginia Tech, Maryland and Rutgers.

Update (10:18 AM): **Last night, Penn State extended an offer to Hogan Hansen, a 6-foot-6, 226-pound tight end from Bellevue High School in Bellevue, Washington.

In his sophomore season, Hansen helped Bellevue to a state championship. The class of 2024 member also has offers from Arizona, Oregon State, Washington, Washington State and Tennessee.
