**Starlings is a 6-foot-5, 310-pound defensive tackle from Benedictine High School in Richmond, Virginia. He’s a four-star recruit according to 247Sports’s composite rankings.
Starlings committed to Michigan in late November, but de-committed in mid-January.
Penn State offered him back in late April.

**Penn State extends an offer to 2023 3-star defensive tackle Xzavier McLeod from Camden High School in Camden, South Carolina. McLeod (6’4″, 315) has also received offers from Alabama, Arkansas, Auburn, Florida State, Georgia, Kentucky, LSU, Louisville, Michigan, Ole Miss, North Carolina, NC State, Notre Dame, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Carolina and Tennessee.

**Over the weekend, Penn State extended an offer to 2024 athlete Mekhai White from King George, Virginia. White received the offer from Terry Smith and holds other offers from Boston College, Duke, Maryland, North Carolina, Pitt, Virginia, Virginia Tech, West Virginia, Marshall and East Carolina.
