It’s been rumored for the past few weeks that Michigan head coach Jim Harbaugh is considering coming back to the NFL.
Now, the word is that all it will take to get Harbaugh back to the pros is a job offer.
The Athletic’s Bruce Feldman reported that sources from inside the Michigan program believe Harbaugh would leave Ann Arbor for Las Vegas if the Raiders offered him the job.

Las Vegas currently doesn’t have a full-time head coach. Rich Bisaccia served as interim head coach for the team’s final 13 games following Jon Gruden’s resignation, and went 7-6 with a playoff berth.
Before taking the Michigan job, Harbaugh was the head coach of the San Francisco 49ers from 2011-14, going 44-19 with a Super Bowl appearance and three consecutive trips to the NFC Championship Game.
