Penn State signee Nicholas Singleton is a finalist for another individual award to add to his growing trophy case. Singleton is a finalist for the Maxwell Club High School Offensive Player of the Year.
The other finalists are Clemson signee Cade Klubnik out of Westlake High School (TX) and Arizona signee Tetairoa McMillian from Servite High School (CA). Singleton in his senior year rushed for 2,041 yards and 41 touchdowns in 2021 for Governor Mifflin High School in Shillington, PA.
Singleton has already won the Gatorade National Offensive Player of the Year and the All-American Bowl National Offensive Player of the Year awards in 2021. He is a 6 -foot, 215-pound back that has the speed to get to the edge, is a good pass catcher, and has excellent vision and awareness on the field.
Singleton enrolled at the school this week as he begins his journey in Happy Valley looking to follow Saquan Barkley and Miles Sanders to the NFL.
