Sean Clifford will be 24 years old in July. He’ll also be Penn State’s starting quarterback.

The fifth— and soon to be sixth— year senior announced in a Twitter message that he’ll return to Happy Valley in 2022 for “one more season in the Blue & White.”

“I could not pass up the chance to be with this family and play the game I love again. The opportunity to play alongside my brother, Liam, and the rest of my brothers on the team made this decision easy.”

He wrote that he’s excited to finish the season against Arkansas in Tampa Bay.

”See ya’ll in Beaver soon,” he wrote. “We are.”
