Penn State closes Emerald Coast Classic with win over Oregon State

After a hard-fought overtime loss to LSU Friday night to start the Emerald Coast Classic, Penn State will leave Florida on a high note with a win 60-45 over Oregon State.

Penn State led 29-17 at the half and never lost control in the second 20 minutes. Myles Dread and Dallion Johnson each had nine points to lead the Lions. Myles Dread led the scoring for Penn State with 14, and Seth Lundy (13) and Jalen Pickett (12) also added double-figures.

Penn State takes on Miami at the Bryce Jordan Center Wednesday night. Tipoff is scheduled for 9:15. Four days after that, the Nittany Lions open Big Ten play when Ohio State comes to State College.
