**Penn State football has extended an offer to 2023 4-star wide receiver Kyle Kasper from Williams Field High School in Gilbert, Arizona. Kasper (6’5″, 195) is ranked by 247 Sports as one of the Top 100 juniors in the country and one of the Top 15 wide receivers. At this point, Kasper holds offers from Arizona, Arizona State, California, Colorado, Iowa, Iowa State, Michigan State, Nebraska, Notre Dame, Ohio State, Oregon, Oregon State, Tennessee, UCLA, USC, Utah and Vanderbilt.
